Went for another swim today. I’m really loving these swims. They’re actually really calming

And they really work the upper body and every time it’s easier to go further. The first time I went, I nearly died from exhaustion, but now I feel great!

Also, I’ve been trying to fit into my Formal dress for well, the whole year, and haven’t been successful.

I’ve lost a bit of weight, about 2-3kgs.

But apparently that’s still not enough.

It still won’t zip up. I’m so annoyed. I’m going to really have to push myself from now on. No bread and minimal rice. That’s how it’s gonna have to be. And no juice. And just ahhhh limited food.

Stupid dress.

Swimming!

Very proud of myself! 

My friend and I swam 1 kilometer and it was beautiful. I actually feel great after that. The only downside is that because I didn’t wear goggles, my eyes are so sore from the chlorine. PAIN! SO MUCH PAAAIINN!!!

But school’s over in two days so I’ll be able to throw myself into shedding those kilos!

I simply must get some goggles though.

Well I think it’s safe to say that I have fallen off the wagon

I’ve started binge eating again to cope with stress and emotions. I’m not exactly emotionally unstable but whenever I feel overwhelmed by school and when I have strong feelings for someone who doesn’t reciprocate, it all pours out in a big tide of “Mmmmmm FOOOOOOODDD”

So yes, I lost 3 kgs, and have since gained it all back.

Well, since tomorrow is the second last day of school this term and I have a dance class, I figure, I’m getting back on this thing and I am going to POUND THOSE POUNDS! I’m about to go swimming in about 10 minutes, so that will be my starting point! Wish me luck!

I’m sick of feeling inadequate, lumpy, out of shape. I don’t need to be perfect, I just want to be healthy.

SO COME AT ME, MOTIVATION!
